EKL Export collaborates with smallholder cooperatives in the Itasy, Diana, and Amoron’i Mania regions, where Arabica Bourbon and Typica thrive under natural shade. Each cherry is hand-picked, pulped the same day, and sun-dried on wooden racks, preserving all the richness of the terroir.
