Grown on the humid highlands of Vatovavy and Atsinanana, EKL ginger is hand-harvested by small partner farmers, then carefully cleaned, sliced, and naturally sun-dried. Each batch is sorted root by root to ensure a healthy, aromatic ginger rich in essential oils.
