Processing and professional use

From hand-scooped pulp to professional frozen format.
The pulp is extracted immediately after harvest to prevent fermentation, keeping seeds whole for texture-rich applications. Frozen without pasteurization, all volatile aromatic compounds, natural enzymes, and vitamin C are fully preserved — delivering a product that performs like fresh fruit straight from Madagascar’s highlands.

Certification and traceability

EKL Export guarantees full traceability of each batch, from farm to export container, via a QR code–integrated tracking system and systematic quality controls at harvest, processing, and cold-chain stages.
